Workout Insider With Margzetta Frazier At Parkettes

Margzetta Frazier recently won the silver all-around medal at the 2018 Birmingham World Cup in March, but before the competition, we visited her at Parkettes in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to get a look inside her practice.
When we visited, she was coming back from the USA Gymnastics selection camp where she won all-around and was chosen to compete in Birmingham, as well as named the alternate for the 2018 American Cup. This Workout Insider gives you a look into both of her practices from the day in which she trains all four events and works on her routines and skills for the World Cup.
