INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 10, 2013 – Fans can watch the USA take on the world’s best gymnasts at the 2013 World Gymnastics Championships in Antwerp, Belgium, on NBC this weekend. The USA won 12 medals (three gold, six silver and three bronze) at the 2013 World Gymnastics Championships at the Antwerp (Belgium) Sports Palace, setting a U.S. record for the most medals earned at a single World Championships. Action from the women’s and men’s all-around finals will air on Saturday, Oct. 12, from 2-4 p.m. ET, and the individual event finals will be featured on Sunday, Oct. 13, from 2-4 p.m. ET. Simone Biles of Spring, Texas/Bannon's Gymnastix, Inc., and Kyla Ross of Aliso Viejo, Calif./Gym-Max, compete in the women’s all-around, where they finished first and second, respectively. Sam Mikulak of Newport Coast, Calif./University of Michigan, makes a solid run in the men’s all-around. The USA puts on a show in the individual event finals, bringing home 10 medals.
