As the 2016 Olympics approach, we will be ranking the top U.S. elite gymnasts who are eligible for Rio. Rankings are based on prior performances, consistency in competitions, international experience, upgrade potential, and current competitions. New rankings will be released periodically as the 2016 Rio Olympics draw near.
Our final edition of the 2016 Rio Rankings follows the 2016 Olympic Trials and announcement of the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team. Below we've ranked the final 14 gymnasts who competed at Trials after their performance.
