

Hip Alignment Drill To Dial In Beam Landings

This drill is used for acro skills on beam, and helps the athlete learn to properly align their hips throughout different skills. From layout stepouts to front aerials and front tosses, it is an easy way to train alignment before the gymnast even steps foot on the beam. Want to see more?
