Workout Insider: Wildfire | Floor Game Preparing For Nationals

Practices can get monotonous, especially towards the end of the season. In today's Workout Insider, Wildfire coach Hayley Watson comes up with a game for the gymnasts to play on floor that makes the workout a little more exciting. This workout was filmed at Wildfire Gymnastics in Lake Forest, CA at the end of April. The gym's level 9s and 10s were split up as some were finished with season and the others were preparing for Nationals. This video shows the floor workout with the gymnasts who qualified to Nationals.
