This Workout Insider shows a Saturday morning bars workout with Metroplex Gymnastics in Allen, TX lead by coach Gina Logan. This workout took place in January while the team was preparing for the beginning of season. Metroplex is home to many top level 10 gymnasts and they have an array of successful college gymnasts. Current college commits at Metroplex include Lizzy LeDuc (Illinois), Haylee Roe (Illinois), Kyana George (California), Brianna McCant (Oregon State), Heather Udowitch (Arizona State), Renata Hilbourn (Minnesota), and Kaitlyn Scott (Washington).
