Workout Insider: Metroplex | Confidence, Consistency, Choreography On Beam

Take a look inside a beam workout with Metroplex Gymnastics in Allen, Texas. This practice took place on a Saturday morning in January, as Metroplex was preparing for the beginning of season. Metroplex is home to many top level 10 gymnasts and they have an array of successful college gymnasts. Current college commits at Metroplex include Lizzy LeDuc (Illinois), Haylee Roe (Illinois), Kyana George (California), Brianna McCant (Oregon State), Heather Udowitch (Arizona State), Renata Hilbourn (Minnesota), and Kaitlyn Scott (Washington). Metroplex has qualified three gymnasts to the prestigious Nastia Liukin Cup next weekend - Chae Campbell, Shaylah Scott, and Kaitlin DeGuzman. Watch a Workout Insider with Metroplex on floor here.
