This weeks workout takes us to one of the top club teams in the United States, Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center in Allentown, PA. Led by legendary coaching duo Bill and Donna Strauss, Parkettes has produced 8 World team and 118 National team members. This morning workout was filmed one day before the 2014 Parkettes Invitational. Watch a morning workout with the level 10 and elites of Parkettes.
