2012 EAGL Championships Highlights

Here are a few of the top routines performed at the 2012 EAGL Championship. In the team competition, the West Virginia University gymnastics team scored a season-best 196.475 and won its league-best seventh East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) Championship at the University of Pittsburgh’s Fitzgerald Field House. The NC State Wolfpack finished second with a 196.0 mark, while Maryland scored 195.95 and finished third. North Carolina, the reigning EAGL champions, finished fourth with a 195.55. WVU's Hope Sloanhoffer won the all around title with a 39.50 and also won bars with a 9.90. Five gymnasts tied for 1st on vault with a 9.90. Beth Deal of WVU won beam. Maryland's Ally Krikorian won floor with a 9.925 with eight gymnasts tying for 2nd with a 9.90, including Katy Dodds of Maryland, shown in this video.
