In this Workout Insider, we take a look at Universal Gymnasts INC in Ohio just outside of Columbus. Universal has a strong JO program with many JO National qualifiers and collegiate gymnasts to their credit. This workout was filmed in Septermber as they were getting into 1/2 routines and endurance training. This workout features all four events with some interesting variations to floor, beam and bars complex. The highlighted athletes from Universal are Level 10 Sydney McGlone, 3 time JO National Qualifier and Region 5 All Star team member who is in her senior year and will be heading to Arkansas in 2015. Also Level 10 Morgan Hunker who has competed in the JO NIT looks ready for a breakout senior season before heading to Penn in the fall of 2015.
