National Beam Champion Alyssa Shermetaro Shares the Olympia Beam Secrets

Alyssa Shermetaro of Olympia gymnastics in Michigan finished 2nd all around at the 2012 Christmas on the Chesapeake meet (2nd level 10 session). Shermetaro was the 2012 J.O. National Champion on beam and scored a 9.40 today with a big routine capped off by a double pike dismount.
