Currently, Sara Stone is the nation's #1 ranked gymnast on vault, and Megan Ferguson is the country's #1 balance beam worker. Get an inside look at how head coach KJ Kindler structures a typical training session the day before a meet. This weekend, the Sooners will host the defending NCAA National Champions, University of Alabama and Gymnastike intern Whitney Ewing will showcase the event on Gymnastike.
