Workout Wednesday at Top Flight Gymnastics

This week's gymnastics workout video features the women's team at Top Flight Gymnastics in Texas. Their top level 10, Sachi Sugiyama placed 6th All Around at this year's JO National Championships after missing the first half of the season with an ankle injury. She has committed to compete for the University of Michigan.
This workout was filmed on June 28, 2010 as the optionals work basics and new skills for next season and the compulsories learn their new routines for the fall season.
