Top Flight Gymnastics Co-Head Coach Leann Sweny talks about the mental training they've found to be successful with their competitive girl's team. This year, their top level 10, Sachi Sugiyama placed 6th All Around at JO Nationals, and they have a strong group of compulsory gymnasts who use this mental training program.
