Bridgeport Head Coach Byron Knox

Coach Byron Knox coaches at a variety of levels in the State of Connecticut. He is now in his sixth year as the Coach at the University of Bridgeport and has coached to the team to a USAG National Co-Championship as well as ECAC Division 2 accolades. He speaks about the changes while has been coach, overcoming stereotypes about Division 2, helping gymnasts improve in their time at college, wins and losses at the college level, scoring, the future of gymnastics in the northeast, building a fanbase, and the future of UB gymnastics. He also talks about the weekend's upcoming meets.
