Workout Wednesday with the Temple Owls

This week's gymnastics workout video features the Temple University Men's team led by Head Coach Fred Turoff (in his 34th year) and senior captains Patrick McLaughlin and Jesse Kitzen-Abelson. The guys were working half sets and refining individual skills in preparation for their first meet of the 2010 College Season, the West Point Open. With a renewed sense of unification and upgraded routines, the 2010 Temple Owls are looking to win their Conference title and qualify as a team to the NCAA Championships.
