Sean Golden Presents The NGL

The NGL is the first gymnastics league to exist and provides a fun way for gymnasts to compete. This season, NGL consists of twelve gymnasts divided to 3 teams: Michigan 360s, Houston G-Force and Pennsylvania Flyers. There are a total of 4 NGL competitions this season, with two teams competing per meet. The top two teams advance to the championships, the 4th and final meet- to volley for the NGL Championship title. NGL meets will be super charged with lots of gymnastics, entertainment, prize money for the teams, scholarships, and plenty of room for you to cheer them on.
