Eve Micco of Arizona Sunrays announced her commitment to Stanford for 2018-2019. She is coming off a strong 2017 season, in which she qualified to J.O. nationals and took ninth all-around. She also won first on bars and second all-around at the Arizona state meet.

She wrote on Instagram,

I’m so excited to announce that I have committed to Stanford University to be a part of the gymnastics team! Thank you to my family, friends, and coaches who have supported me throughout the years! Go Card.

Over the summer, Micco competed at the 20th World Maccabiah Games in Israel and won the gold on bars. 

We caught up with Eve to hear about her summer training, new skills she has in the works for her senior season, and her experience at the Maccabiah Games.
