Russell Reynolds and Associates, the firm conducting the USA Gymnastics CEO search, has conducted extensive interviews with various constituency groups within USA Gymnastics and the Olympic family. The firm continues to advise the Search Committee on the candidates and how well each candidate fits the overall search criteria that was developed based on feedback from the constituencies. 

The Search Committee has reviewed the Deborah Daniels' "Report to USA Gymnastics on Proposed Policy and Procedural Changes for the Protection of Young Athletes" and will incorporate the applicable recommendations into the search process. The Search Committee meets on a weekly basis to identify the best candidate, is encouraged and excited by the high caliber of applicants interested in this very important position, and continues to encourage interested parties to provide constructive feedback to CEOSearch@usagym.org.
