Must-See Routines at JO Nationals
The best of level 10 gymnastics will be on display this week in Jackson, MS at the 2014 Junior Olympic National Championships. Based on amazing skills and performance quality, here are five routines not to miss this week at the Championships.

Kari's Floor routine from the 2014 WOGA Classic

Kari Lee of Flames is a joy to watch on floor with her gorgeous lines and dazzling choreography. The best part of Lee’s routine is her opening pass, a stunning triple twist. Lee placed third in the all around at the 2014 Nastia Cup and accepted a full scholarship to Utah. Don't miss her routine in Jackson.

Khazia Hislop of Brestyan's known for her incredible tumbling, opens her floor routine with a huge punch double front sissone combination. Inspired by her training mate and Olympic Champion Aly Raisman, Hislop hopes to compete at the international elite level. Jackson is Hislop's second J.O. Nationals and expect her to contend for a top spot in the JR C all-around.

Rachel Flam
of Stars shines on bars with difficult skills and intricate combinations. The best part of Flam’s routine is her incredible full twisting double layout dismount. The 2014 Nastia Cup Champion should impress in Jackson.

Alicia Boren clinched the 2013 JO National AA title with this 9.8 floor routine

2-time defending JO All Champion Alicia Boren brought down the house last year in Minneapolis with her floor routine, earning another national title. Boren ends her explosive routine with a huge full twisting double back. A number of gymnasts will open their routines in Jackson with a full-in however, Boren is the only athlete to perform this skill at the end of her routine. The North Stars’ gymnast aspires to win her third-straight JO National All Around title this week in Jackson.

Alex McMurtry of Richmond Olympiad performs one of the best double twisting yurchenko vaults in the world. The Florida commit soars through the air and her flawless execution makes her a vault must-see. McMurtry's incredible vault clinched the 2013 Nastia Cup title scoring an almost perfect 9.975.

The 2014 USA Gymnastics level 10 season culminates this week in Mississippi with the Junior Olympic National Championships, and Gymnastike will be on-site for coverage of this exciting event!
