Desch is a seasoned competitor with multiple international competitions under her belt. Just a few months ago, she was the traveling alternate for the 2014 World Championship team where USA won gold. More recently, Desch competed at the 2015 City of Jesolo Trophy where she earned a 56.9 all-around for 9th place. Watch her brand new floor routine from Jesolo here (Gold).
Desch displays a harmonious mix of grace and power through her gymnastics. She is elegant and poised and this especially shown through her beam and floor dance. However, she is also extremely powerful and this is apparent in her floor where she competes a whip to Arabian double front as well as a big triple full. Her bars is not to be forgotten about and her smooth swing with big skills makes for a superb routine.
