THE NAMES

Jessica Lopez of Venezuela/ (c) Melissa Perenson

The are plenty of stars in the women's competition including 2011 World Vault Bronze medalist Thi Ha Thanh Phan of Vietnam, still going strong at age 21. Keep your eyes on Jessica Lopez of Venezuela who is looking to make a statement as the two-time Olympian continues to upgrade her routines at the ripe age of 27.  Also, we will see the two British stars, 2012 Olympian Rebecca Tunney and 2008 Olympian Becky Downie. Both athletes are coming off of solid performances at the recent Dutch Friendly meet.

Olympic Champion Epke Zonderland

The men's field is stacked as well with huge names, such as 2012 Olympic High Bar Champion Epke Zonderland of the Netherlands. Zondlerland thrilled audiences all over the world with his performance in London and expect the same response from the crowds and judges in Osijek. Appropriately nicknamed "Flying Dutchman", Zonderland swings the high bar unlike anyone else in the world. Zonderland's high difficulty and soaring release combinations make him very difficult to beat in Osijek and expect his routines to light up the arena.

Many other impressive names grace the men's roster including 2011 European Rings Bronze Medalist Elfetherious Petrounias of Greece and 2012 Olympic Rings Finalist Tommy Ramos of Puerto Rico.
