The Lehigh Wrestling team will face one of the most challenging schedules in the country as the Mountain Hawks face Penn State Wrestling, Oklahoma State, Arizona State and conference rival Cornell in dual meets this season.

All are ranked in the FloWrestling preseason top 25 and so is Lehigh, who begin the season tied with Rutgers as the No. 23-ranked team in the country.

The Mountain Hawks have seven NCAA qualifiers returning this season, including All-American Michael Beard, who begins the season as the No.9-ranked wrestler in the FloWrestling preseason rankings at 197 pounds. Beard may be the All-American, but it’s Connor McGonagle who has the highest ranking within his weight class for Lehigh. McGonagle is No.6 at 133-pounds.

Malyke Hines (No. 11 at 141) and Nathan Taylor (No. 20, 285) are also ranked.

A loaded roster that listed more than 40 athletes will have its work cut out for them. Along with the dual meet schedule, Lehigh will also compete at the Journeymen Collegiate Classic, which is streaming live on FloWrestling and the FloSports app.

Here’s what to know about the Mountain Hawks Wrestling Schedule.
