Week 10 of "Dancing with the Stars" was nothing short of a tear-jerker. Laurie Hernandez and partner Val Chmerkovskiy performed a foxtrot to "Hollow" by Tori Kelly and received a perfect 30 out of 30 score.

However, it wasn't the typical high score from the stunning dancing duo, which has reached perfection several times this season. This performance was laced with raw emotion and pain, as Laurie lost her grandmother this week -- just days before the dance.

Hernandez posted on Instagram thanking her fans for their unending support through this tough time:

Val shared his heartfelt thoughts as well:

For the second performance of the night, Laurie had the chance to dance with not one but both Chmerkovskiy brothers -- Val and Maks. The trio performed a samba to "Magalenha" by Sergio Mendes and received a perfect score.

Laurie and Val survived yet another elimination round and are headed to the two-part finale next week, which airs Monday at 8 PM ET and Tuesday at 9 PM (live ET/delayed PT) on ABC.
