Elizabeth Seitz showed off an absolutely incredible bar routine at 2016 German Nationals, which she posted on her Instagram:

Seitz clinched the bar title after scoring a 15.566. The most notable aspect of her routine is the stunning 6.8 D-score.

For reference, when Madison Kocian nails all the connections in her world-class routine, she earns a 6.7 D-score--the highest of any U.S. bar worker. Ashton Locklear's routine has a 6.5 D-score, however she consistently makes up for a few less tenths of difficulty with impeccable execution. On day 2 of P&Gs, Kocian and Locklear both scored a 15.70 on their bar sets.

At 2015 World Championships, Fan Yilin boasted a giant 6.9 D-score, however her execution score was not quite as high as the others, making her part of the four-way tie for gold.

Seitz was a member of Germany's 2012 Olympic team and helped the team to the ninth place finish. She also took sixth in bar finals. Seitz is definitely one to watch for in Rio!
