2016 P&G Championships are coming up quick, but Brenna Dowell is still pushing the envelope in the gym. Al Fong posted a video of Dowell working an Arabian double layout (Dos Santos II) on the rod floor, and you don't want to miss this piece of tumbling magic:



Dowell is notorious for performing incredibly difficult and unique passes, such as a front layout to double front as well as her signature pass (named after her at 2015 Worlds), a front handspring double front pike.

She is clearly a cut above the rest in her air awareness on front flipping, and this Arabian double layout proves that once again. She shows off a gorgeous open position in the air, and knows right where the landing is. Big props to Brenna!!
