Enrique Trabanino, owner/head coach at Perfection Gymnastics, shows us a fun flexiblity drill that helps to improve hamstring and hip flexiblity for leaps and straddle jumps. This rolling flex drill gives the gymnast another way to work on their split flexibility rather then just sitting in splits or oversplits on panel mats.
