Workout Wednesday at the University of Maryland

For the season premiere of Workout Wednesday, Season 5, we take you inside the University of Maryland gymnastics program for a typical training day. This workout was filmed on December 7th, days before their preseason intrasquad meet and one month before the start of the 2011 season. The Terps are a team on the rise with a young, energetic coaching staff including Brett Nelligan and Erinn Dooley, both in their 2nd season, and J.J. Ferreira in his first season. Senior Abigail Adams is the defending EAGL All Around Champion. The Terps are currently ranked 33rd nationally.
