This week's Gymnastike stick of the week comes from Penn State University uneven bar specialist Natalie Ettl. After the first rotation of their tri meet with #1 Alabama and Minnesota, the Nittany Lions were about even with the Alabama Gymtide and Natalie hit her bar set all the way down to the dismount which she stuck cold.
