Brian Raschilla got into coaching in a different way than most people. He was an all around athlete, yet never a gymnast. He started out helping as a spotter, then grew to love the sport. He's done a great job educating himself as a coach and learning from other great coaches. He talks about his background and how ended up coaching gymnastics and moving up the ranks.
