Bailie Key Announces NCAA Commitment to the University of Alabama
Senior international elite Bailie Key has announced her commitment to the University of Alabama. Key trains at Texas Dreams with coaches Kim Zmeskal-Burdette and Chris Burdette.

She posted the following picture and message on social media:

The caption reads,
Home... sweet home... Alabama. I am so looking forward to be able to represent the University of Alabama with the people that have inspired me to believe again! ROLL TIDE!
Key was previously verbally committed to the University of Florida but had not yet signed her National Letter of Intent.

An incredibly successful elite gymnast, Key represented the U.S. in numerous international competitions. In her senior international debut at the 2015 Jesolo Trophy, she placed second all-around behind Simone Biles. Key was the 2013 U.S. Junior National champion and was on the U.S. national team for five consecutive years. She was training for the 2016 Olympics but was ultimately held out from vying for a spot on the team due to a back injury.

We recently featured Key and the rest of Texas Dreams in our Beyond the Routine series. Watch the trailer below and watch Key's episode here.
