Junior National Team member Bailie Key has committed to the University of Florida. She posted the news along with a picture below to her instagram. The caption reads "I am so excited to say that I have verbally committed to the University of Florida! Go gators!"

Key boasts an impressive list of elite accomplishments both nationally and internationally. She was the 2013 junior National Champion and represented USA in seven international meets. Out of these seven meets, she claimed six all-around gold medals, the most recent of which was the Pacific Rim Championships. At Pac Rims, she claimed first in all-around and on vault and floor, and placed second on bars and beam. She also helped team USA win gold.

She is currently returning from an elbow injury and missed competing at the 2014 Secret Classic and 2014 P&G Championships.

Key is a sophomore in high school and is expected to graduate in 2017. She will join the class of 2017-2018 with previous Florida commit Vanasia Bradley. Key's Texas Dreams teammate Peyton Ernst has also committed to Florida and will start two years before Key. Other current senior national team members who have committed to Florida include Alyssa Baumann, Rachel Gowey, Amelia Hundley, and Ashton Locklear.
