Part 1 of our Workout Insider with American Twisters features their warm-up, floor tumbling, vault, and beam rotations. This workout was filmed near the end of the spring season and the gymnasts were working towards J.O. Nationals and elite qualifiers. American Twisters has a large team of level 10s and elites but they are able to fit a ton of high-quality gymnastics into a short amount of time with their fast paced workouts and focused mindsets. American Twisters had an impressive 11 gymnasts qualify to 2016 J.O. Nationals, see their scores below.

Part 2 of this workout will include bars, floor dance work, and conditioning and will be posted next week. We've also got a Workout Wednesday with the team, coming soon!
