Workout Insider Desert Devils

This week's Workout Insider takes you to Mesa, Arizona for a workout with Desert Devils. This practice took place right before the 2014 season. Watch this in-depth workout that includes some extensive trampoline work. Head coach Wes Jones explains the unique "farm system" that the gym uses and how they have been so successful with their gymnasts getting college scholarships. Desert Devils had three seniors this season: Melissa Metcalf who will be attending UCLA, Gigi Marino who is going to Georgia, and Makenzey Shank who will be going to Rutgers.
