Workout Wednesday: Oakland Gymnastics

This week's Workout Wednesday features Michigan's Oakland Gymnastics. Oakland has produced at least one Level 10 national qualifier every year since 2008. This workout was filmed on a thursday which is a "Light Day"! They pride themselves on producing strong NCAA gymnastics recruits. A few of their former gymnasts currently competing in college include University of Auburn sophomore Kathryn Kluz and University of Pitt Sophomore Lindsey Offutt.
