Off The Mat: An Inside Look at the Life of Elite Nia Dennis

In the premiere episode of Off The Mat we take a look into the life of Buckeye Gymnastics Elite Nia Dennis. In this first episode we follow Nia and her family through their morning routine. The life of an elite gymnast can be very difficult on the family and we get to see how the Dennis family balance home life with the daily schedule of an elite gymnast. Many elite gymnasts must leave home to train but Nia is one of the lucky ones to be able to participate in the sport she loves but still have the daily interactions and support from her parents and sister.
