Workout Wednesday: Training for Scholarships at United Gymnastics Academy

Today's Workout Wednesday gives an all access look at United Gymnastics Academy in Frankfort, IL, one of the top club programs in Region 5. UGA has produced many national calibur gymnasts that have gone on to college gymnastics. UGA opened 2007 with the focus of preparing gymnasts for collegiate gymnastics. They have coached 12 Full Scholarship athletes including the 2010 NCAA All Around Champion from the University of Michigan, Kylee Botterman.
