Shannon Hunt on Developing Discipline, Confidence, Leadership, and Teamwork at Hunts Gymnastics

Shannon Hunt, owner of Hunts Gymnastics, talks about her gym's philosophy and how it mirrors a college program. At HGA, the focus is on sending their gymnasts out into the world with discipline and confidence while encouraging leadership and teamwork in the process. Hunts gymnastics elects captains each year which help guide and mentor the other gymnasts in the program. As a former scholarship gymnast at Western Michigan, Shannon is very much involved with her gymnasts' college search and talks about how HGA works with college recruiting.
