Post-adult meet interview - Becky Caplan, coach of Upper Merion adult competitive team

Coach Becky Caplan talks about the unique competitive adult team program at Upper Merion in Pennsylvania. This team of approximately 10 women ranging in ages from early 20s to well into their 40s, competes in three levels of Prep Op throughout Pennsylvania. Because this is, to our knowledge, the only team of its kind in PA (and likely far beyond), they compete against kids who are often half their age. Skill levels on the team range from beginners to experienced gymnasts, and everyone has a great time.
