Workout Wednesday at Phenom Gymnastics

Today's gymnastics workout video features the Phenom Gymnastics team in Illinois. Phenom is home to Keeley Kmieciak, the level 10 gymnast famous for winning the all around plus every event at the 2009 JO National Championships. She had committed to compete for the University of Oklahoma. This workout was filmed on July 21st as the level 8, 9, and 10 gymnasts train new skills for next season and hope to attract the attention of college recruiters on a fun, hot day of summer training.
