Workout Wednesday with the UIC Men

This week's gymnastics workout video features the men's team at the University of Illinois-Chicago. We filmed this workout with the guys a couple days after covering their big annual home meet, the Windy City Invite. The Flames are the 2-time defending ECAC Conference Champions and looking to make it 3 in a row this season. They're currently ranked 13th nationally and Kyle Voissem is ranked 7th nationally in the all around.
