Beth Tweddle of Britain after Nailing Bars in Prelims of World Championships

Beth Tweddle of Great Britain came into this World Championships as the reigning World Champion on floor. She didn't hit her floor set quite like she would've hoped and failed to make the floor final, but hit an excellent, difficulty packed bar set to score a 15.60 (6.8/8.8). She's currently ranked 3rd on bars after the first day of preliminary competition.
