Sharing Knowledge and Developing Talent in Training Camps

Heather is the camp coordinator for Region 3 Gymnastics and has really increased the number of training camps available to the Region 3 gymnasts and coaches over the last few years. She talks about the reason they value training camps and how it has helped Region 3 to improve. Region 3 won this year's team title at level 10 Nationals.
