Workout Wednesday at Nina's Gymnastics

In this week's gymnastics workout video, gymnastike visited the optional team at Nina's Gymnastics in New York. This workout was filmed October 30th as the optional girls prepare for the upcoming 2010 season. Featured in the video are 2009 Easterns Champion and Regional Champion Natalie Manga and 2009 Regional Champion Jasmine Zambrana. Both have moved up to level 10 this year and are honing in on upgrades as the season approaches.
