Workout Wednesday with Sam Mikulak and the 2009 SCATS Guys

SCATS is one of the top JO men's club teams in the US, and Coach Grigor Chalikyan was the 2008 JO Coach of the Year. They are strong contenders to win this weekend's JO Team title. Check out how they train and sustain their endurance through injuries.

This workout was filmed March 10th, right before the California State Championship. The guys were struggling with numerous injuries at the time, but have bounced back since. At the recent Region 1 meet, Sam Mikulak won the AA, as well as pommel, rings, and p bars, Adrian De Los Angeles took 2nd AA and won vault, Kanji Oyama placed 4th AA, and Jesse Glenn placed 6th AA and won high bar (all in the 14-15 age group). Joshua Glenn placed 9th AA in the 16-18 age group. They are all head to JO Nationals this weekend!
