Steve Rybacki's Humble Beginnings

Steve talks about how he got into coaching and what he did to move up the ranks. He went from a beginning coach who just took a job opening at a gym to becoming a member of the US Women's National Team Staff, and one of 3 members of the 2008 US Olympic Selection Committee.
