Workout Wednesday With Elena Arenas & Georgia Elite: Season Prep & New Skill Central

Georgia Elite is taking summer training to the next level! We took a recent visit to the home of senior international elite Elena Arenas as she prepares for the U.S. summer elite meets. In this workout, you'll see the top group through all four events, which includes Arenas, aspiring elite Olivia Kennedy, and many impressive level 10s.

Following our visit, Arenas competed at the American Classic and took first all-around to kick off her season with a bang. She'll be headed to the U.S. Classic in Chicago at the end of July along with the P&G Championships in Anaheim, CA in August.
