Georgia Elite coach Cassidy McComb Bernstein explains a conditioning exercise that she uses on a regular basis to strengthen hamstrings and gluteal muscles. She came up with this idea while the gymnasts were playing a game and now uses many different variations of the exercise to work every single muscle in the upper legs.
