Workout Wednesday: LSU Tigers Outstanding in Preseason Intrasquad

This workout was filmed in early November with the LSU Tigers as they performed a full intrasquad to a group of adoring fans. They went through all four events and ended up with a mid-197 team score.

Head Coach D-D Breaux explains that the team is talented, passionate, and very cohesive this year. She is pleased with where they are at and looks forward to them getting even better as season approaches.
