Victoria Moors and Madeline Gardiner won the junior and senior women's all-around titles, respectively, at the 2011 Canadian National Championships.



The Canadian National Championships are taking place this weekend at the University of Prince Edward Island. The story of the weekend seems to be the 10-year-old phenom Shallon Olsen. Here's a recap of the scores thus far.

Shallon Olsen is just 10 years old and outscored every other female gymnast in all age divisions! The most impressive thing about Shallon is she is already competing, and safely executing a double twisting yurchenko vault at age ten! Check it out:

Victoria Moors won the all around as well as placed first on every event except for floor where she placed 2nd. Talia Chiarelli is a member of Mihai Brestyan's elite team at Brestyan's American Gymnastics in Boston and trains alongside Alicia Sacramone and Alexandra Raisman. Talia participated in US elite Championships in the past but is now attempting to compete for Canada. She had the highest score tonight on vault with a 14.750. The highest score of the night was a 14.50 for Bianca Dancose-Giambattisto on uneven bars.

The highest score of the competition went to Brandon O'Neill on vault with a 15.850. He also posted the highest pbars score with 15.050. He competed every event but rings.
